For example: &ldquo;I am very happy and grateful that I make $1 million per year; that I have wonderful and loving wife&hellip;etc.&rdquo; Use the present tense, visualize the things you want, be grateful for them, and think about them as already yours. When you achieve them, you can add new things to your list. When you write about money, start first with amount you believe is possible and then increase the amount when you got the amount you&rsquo;d written down. Be specific.</p>
<p>When you start doing as described above, at first you might feel strange that you are using present tense for the things you want to have in the future, but it&rsquo;s important to train your mind and force your mind to think about them in present tense. After some time of playing such &ldquo;mental ping pong&rdquo; your mind will obey and will help you to achieve the things you want.</p>
<p>It is important to be consistent with expressing gratitude. Expressing the gratitude writing every day in a notebook is very helpful.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="dropcap">I</span> have a challenge for you. Are you up for it? Good, here it is: for one full day (yes, a whole 24 hours) don&#8217;t complain - about anything. Seriously, try it. You might be surprised at how difficult it is. I don&#8217;t think of myself as a complainer but I have done this and it&#8217;s surprisingly difficult to do. It&#8217;s so easy to find a thought popping into your head when something happens. Like, you&#8217;re in a hurry, you rush into the grocery store to buy a couple of items, you&#8217;re heading straight for the &#8216;No More Than 6 Items&#8217; Express Checkout when someone sneaks in front of you with what you swear is a month&#8217;s worth of shopping in their cart. </p>
<p>Be honest, if this happened to you would it cause you to complain, even just a little bit? You might not complain out loud, but in your head you&#8217;d be thinking something like “how can people be so ignorant, can&#8217;t they read the sign? Why does this always happen to me? Why does this always happen when I&#8217;m in a hurry? How could this person be so stupid?” etc. So, my challenge to you is that when something like this happens, instead of complaining, simply notice what&#8217;s happened. That&#8217;s it. Don&#8217;t judge it as good or bad, just notice it. You can say in your head something like “oh, look at that, someone just went into the Express Checkout Lane with more than 6 items in their cart. Isn&#8217;t that interesting!!” What do you think? Can you do it?</p>
<p>Actually, my husband and I have tried this and it can get quite funny. We find ourselves commenting on something and then suddenly saying right afterwards “not that I&#8217;m complaining!” </p>
<p>Why is this important? Well, I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve heard that what you focus on is what you get. I think just about everybody has heard about the Law of Attraction since the book and movie of The Secret came out. Mostly what I hear from people is something like: “well, yes I tried the Law of Attraction, but it doesn&#8217;t work for me.” Does that sound like a complaint? The Law of Attraction does work, just like the Law of Gravity - you don&#8217;t have much choice in the matter. It&#8217;s happening all the time. The key is what you focus your attention - and your energy on. Here&#8217;s the thing, when we complain it means we&#8217;re upset about something. This takes up a lot of our energy. Just try it next time you find yourself complaining and getting upset about something. Stop for a moment and pay attention to your body. You&#8217;ll probably find that you feel uncomfortable somewhere, perhaps an uneasy feeling in your stomach. Notice that your heart is probably beating faster, which means your blood pressure is rising. Breathing becomes faster and more shallow. All you can think about is what has happened to make you upset. You might find yourself talking to other people about it. They confirm how terrible it is and how right you are to be upset - adding to the energy that is focused on that particular issue. That&#8217;s a lot of energy.</p>
<p>Now, you may have been trying to use the Law of Attraction to manifest something in your life, such as a new car or pay raise, or whatever it is that you would like. As far as you are aware, you&#8217;ve been focusing on it a lot and writing affirmations, and visualizing it, etc. But think about it for a moment, the amount of energy that you put into that probably isn&#8217;t anywhere near the amount of energy that you would put into a negative situation, as I described above. The thing is that once something that we perceive as negative happens to us, we find it hard to let it go. Even if we are not consciously thinking about it, it&#8217;s usually churning away somewhere in the back of our mind. What you focus on IS what you get. So what you&#8217;ll find is that the more upset you are about something, or the more you complain about things in general, the more things will happen for you to get upset about. You&#8217;ll get a lot more of the same. Then you think that the Law of Attraction isn&#8217;t working for you. Of course it is, it&#8217;s just bringing you more of what you don&#8217;t want, rather than what you do want.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s why this is a great challenge. You see when we stop complaining it frees up our energy to focus not only on what we want, but what we already have that we are grateful for. I promise you, if you do this on a regular basis, you really will find that you&#8217;ll start to attract more positive people and experiences into your life - more to be grateful for. Once you find that you can go for a full day without complaining, then try for 2 days, then 3 and so on, until you can stop complaining all together. Does one day sound like too much to start with, then instead of complaining about it, try for just one hour. If you catch yourself complaining, then just start the clock all over again. Don&#8217;t give up, keep trying. You&#8217;ll find that it&#8217;s well worth it.</p>
<p>We all know people who complain all the time. Nothing is ever going well for them, and probably nothing ever will - as long as they keep complaining and putting their energy on what they really don&#8217;t want. Even if you think that you don&#8217;t complain, that you&#8217;re positive most of the time and you avoid people who complain, try it anyway - I think you&#8217;ll be surprised at those sneaky little thoughts that pop up that sound a lot like complaints!! You really will like your life a lot better without them.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="dropcap">T</span>he short answer? Yes, the <a href="http://www.sparkintolife.com/" target='_blank'>Law of Attraction</a> does work. But perhaps not how you think, and only in very general terms.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a lot in this Law thats attractive (no pun intended) - you get happier, get more stuff you want, and it teaches that you have 100% control over your own life. All very appealing.</p>
<p>What is initially distracting, and what continues to distract the Law of Attractions most ardent proponents and critics alike, is its contention that thoughts and emotions directly manipulate the universe somehow. Basically whether it does or not is beside the point.</p>
<p>The basic principles of the Law of Attraction essentially state you do two things. <br />1) Be as happy as possible right now (stop worrying) <br />2) Figure out what you want and imagine enjoying it (stop dwelling on the stuff that can go wrong).</p>
<p>Now if you follow these principles as much as possible does it matter whether thoughts and emotions directly manipulative the universe? No. You&#8217;ll get more cool stuff, be happier and be in control of your life anyway.</p>
<p>So how does the Law of Attraction get you stuff? Well basically in life you mostly get what you mostly focus on. Think about something a lot, and you&#8217;ll make subconscious actions to start making that happen. Or keeping it not happen, if that whats you&#8217;re thinking about. </p>
<p>Think about your lousy habits, you&#8217;ll stay in those habits. Think about having more money? You&#8217;ll start looking at different ways of getting more money, and start to take actions the more you think about it. You can&#8217;t not.</p>
<p>So, in a nutshell, the beauty of the <a href="http://www.sparkintolife.com/" target='_blank'>Law of Attraction</a> is that it encourages people to follow two highly effective, yet simple, principles that can really change your life. Thing is, people don&#8217;t conciously use these principles much, or are even aware they exist. Still more get distracted by the elements of a belief system they don&#8217;t like, or the sentimental aspects of one they do, rather than focusing on the worth and application of the fundamental teachings.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span class="dropcap">S</span>o many people work so hard to make money only to find that, rather than create more money, they only create more work. If we understand the Law of Attraction (that we get more of what we put our attention on), it only makes sense. Our attention is on the work – on what we have to <em>do</em> to <em>make</em> money. But you don’t have to <em>do</em> anything, and in this infinitely abundant universe, you don’t have to make money; it’s already everywhere.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">What’s more, those working so hard to make money <em>are</em> making money; they’re just not keeping it, or using it for the things they desire. “But I have bills. I have needs that must be met before I can spend on my desires,” the argument goes. The typical conclusion? “I simply need to make more.” So how do we make money to meet our needs <em>and</em> fulfill our desires?</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Focus on the desire. One of the fundamental keys to attracting money into your life is, rather than focusing on the money, focus instead on what it is you want that money to help you do or have.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">We already focus on money and work and meeting our needs, and look what happens. The Law of Attraction brings us money and work and meets our needs (we eat, we have shelter, and we’re not dead yet). Focus on that which we desire and the Law of Attraction will also bring us the means to attain it. It’s not an either/or situation; not in this universe, it isn’t.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">On a spiritual level it can be argued that the only reason you don’t have the money for what you want yet is because either you haven’t seen yourself as having that desire fulfilled or you haven’t brought yourself into energetic alignment with its happening. Either that or you already do have the money for what you want here and now and your vision is just too clouded for you to see it.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Fear of scarcity and lack cloud our ability to recognize our current state of abundance. We’re so afraid of losing what we have or of not having enough for what we need that we cling to whatever we do have; we horde. This keeps us cut off from the free flow of infinite abundance that is our natural state. Our focus on scarcity and lack creates more scarcity and lack. Our focus on the little we do have keeps us having little.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Despite common misunderstanding, “Money is the root of all evil,” is not how the saying goes; it’s actually: “<em>The love of</em> money is the root of all evil.” Money is just a means to an end. Fixating on the means rather than the end is the error. That just keeps you locked in a vicious and exhausting cycle of pursuing endless means. The ‘end’ is just your current desires. Are your desires evil? If you judge them to be so, then it’s your desires you may need to change. But chances are you don’t think your desires are evil. Removing the stigma you may have about money is a invaluable step in allowing money to pass through your hands.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Everything is in motion. Like water, like breath, like time – everything flows. Disengaging from the flow is the way to create and perpetuate and reinforce the illusion of scarcity and lack. Engaging in the flow is the way to attract affluence.</p>

As purely energetic beings, there are far more similarities between our waking and dreaming realities than there are differences. Our thoughts create our experiences and our feelings indicate our level of alignment with those experiences.</p>
<p>In dreams, however, unlike in waking life, our ego-directed conscious thinking mind is turned off. This means that in dreams the manifestation of our thoughts comes quicker and more intensified than in waking reality. The time delay between when we have the thought and when it’s actualized in our present reality is decreased, as is the amount of attention required from you to make it so.</p>
<p>Think of your dreams then as the sneak preview of the movie of your life.</p>
<p>* If you don’t like something that appears or occurs in your dreams, recognize first that you created it, then do what you need to create a shift in your thoughts that replaces those unwanted elements with wanted ones;<br />
* If you do like your dreams just as they are – if they feel good to you – then take that as a signal to keep doing what you’re doing, thinking what you’re thinking, and prepare to have that good-feeling dream manifest itself in your waking life.</p>
<p>Your dreams are you Coming Attractions. If you like the preview, stay right where you are. If you don’t like it, however, then get up and change theaters; get a ticket to a different movie instead.</p>
<p>The best time recall your dreams is in the morning, immediately upon waking, while still lying down in bed. As soon as you get up, thoughts of the day, of yesterday, of tomorrow start racing in to fill up your brain. You may suddenly recall a tidbit of a dream during the day, but if you’re trying to harness the messages you’re getting from your dreams, the best way to do that is to try to recall them as soon as you awaken.</p>
<p>And don’t worry if you can’t remember all of it; you probably can’t. Dreams are like that. Just trust that what you do recall is what resonates strongest for you (whether positively or negatively) and therefore that aspect of your consciousness that seeks the most attention at this moment.</p>
<p>If you can’t recall any elements of your dreams, see if you can’t at least tap in to how your dreams felt. If you get a good sense about your dreams, then you can feel confident that you are already well in line with your Source of fulfillment. If you get a bad feeling when you try to remember your dreams of the previous night, you can take that as a sign that some of your dominating thoughts (whatever they are) are out of alignment with your desires. Once you realize that, it probably won’t be hard to identify those bad-feeling thoughts; they’ve probably been dominating your waking life too.</p>
<p>Now, some people may resist placing such conscious attention on their dreaming awareness; “Sleep is the only rest I get. I don’t want to make that work too.” Rectifying this dilemma is easy. Just instruct yourself before you go to bed each night to rest well and awaken refreshed and rejuvenated If you stay energetically committed to resting well and awakening refreshed and rejuvenated, then nothing that occurs while you’re asleep will negate that. You can have an active and exciting dream life and still wake up the next day feeling like you’ve gotten a great night’s rest.</p>

<div>Two (or more) events that coincide in a meaningful way but are unrelated in terms of causality are considered synchronous. What distinguishes <strong>synchronicity</strong> from coincidence is meaning. Synchronicity is the experience of meaningful coincidence.</div>
<div>The term was coined by the famous analytical psychologist Carl Jung who used it to explain occurrences like a beetle flying into his studio just as a patient was discussing a scarab beetle in his dream. Since the “coincidence” made Jung consider how the beetle symbolizes rebirth to the Egyptians, he concluded that its appearance in his studio at that very moment in time was significant in that it indicated the same lesson of rebirth be transposed upon the patient’s dream.</div>
<div>Carl Jung also believed in clairvoyance, telepathy, ESP, telekinesis, and astrology; he also believed in what he called a “collective unconscious”, a sea of consciousness in which we all swim, a strikingly familiar concept to those acquainted with the Source Energy, or Life Force, underlying All That Is.</div>
<div>Synchronicity is happening all the time. Just like consciousness is ever-present, so is synchronicity. Consciousness and the physical world of situations and circumstances are both extensions of the same Source Energy. So it’s only natural that when consciousness is in tune with that source, in clear and unfettered alignment, the depth of meaning behind each and every coinciding event is apparent.</div>
<div>There is no un-meaningful coincidence.</div>
<div>There are only synchronous events not consciously experienced. Missed synchronicities saturate our lives, dominating our life experiences. This is an unfortunate condition for humanity, as it perpetuates and reinforces the horrible illusion that life is a meaningless string of random experiences that happen to us and over which we have absolutely no control.</div>
<div>Experiencing a moment of synchronicity is like touching the Source of All-That-Is with every cell in your body. Realizing the occurrence of a synchronicity is realizing yourself at your eternal, all-powerful essence. It’s a signal that you are in line with you center, on the right path, doing what you’re supposed to be doing, fully connected to that wellspring of well-being that is your natural state.</div>
<div>If you could always be in unfettered connection with the Source Energy underlying everything, you would experience synchronicity all the time.</div>
<div>To experience more synchronicity in your life, whenever you experience a coincidence start asking yourself, not Is this a synchronicity, but rather What does this synchronicity mean? Then act upon the realization you have or the conclusion you draw; doing so will bring your vibrations more in line with the <em>vibrations of synchronicity</em>, thus inviting more synchronicity into your life.</div>
